Happy New Year Gemini!  


Mailchimp is working again and here’s some fresh information for your brains!


Starting off, our first cookie booth lottery night is coming up on Monday, January 5 at 6:30pm on Zoom!


This will also serve as our January leader meeting.


If you have not already registered for the booth lottery, please do so right now at the link below.  One person per troop please.  If you will be picking for multiple troops, please submit one form for each troop.

Prior to the booth lottery, I will send out another email with a link to the LIVE booth lottery spreadsheet that we will be using for the first round of booth picks.  Please have that open on Monday night to follow along with the lottery.  The spreadsheet will be hosted on Google Sheets – if you are unfamiliar with Google Sheets please take the time before Monday to play around with it and learn how to open and navigate a Google Sheets document.

Cookie Delivery Day – Call for Volunteers

Our cookie delivery day is Saturday, January 10 from 9am – 3pm and we need volunteers!


We are looking for adults and girls (Juniors and up please) to help us stack, count and load TONS of cookies on Saturday, Jan 10.  For girls, this can count toward school volunteer hours and/or Service to Girl Scouting hours – we will be happy to sign off on your time logs!


GSSEF is working on a SignUpGenius for us, but in the meantime if you or your troop would like to volunteer please email me directly at [email protected] and let me know who and how many to expect.


More information on the actual pickup process will be shared at the Jan 5 meeting, and in the followup email.
