The Product Sales team and I just got back from a MARATHON meeting at GSSEF HQ, and as a result there are a couple of Really Important Things we need to share with you right away.
These are things you need to accomplish in this upcoming week, so please pay heed!

Take Action – Two Things To To ASAP
✅ CHECK YOUR TROOP ROSTER IN MYGS
Please take a moment today to check your roster in MyGS. If there are girls who are not renewing and need to be removed, please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. It will really simplify things for the Sweets and Treats sale if your roster is accurate, and GSSEF will be importing roster data into the Sweets and Treats sales system very soon.
✅ UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS IN MYGS
While you are already in MyGS checking your roster, check to make sure that your physical address is correct for troop leaders and troop product sales coordinators. This year, GSSEF is NOT sending paper packets to the service unit for distribution to troops. Instead they will mail them to each troop leader. They will base the number of items you receive on the number of girls in your roster, which is why the first item on the checklist is important. And they’re going to mail them to your address on file in MyGS, which is why the second item is important!
If you run into any trouble with any of this, or if you have any questions please reach out to me at [email protected], or call/text me at (772)940-9456, or find me on the Facebook group or Discord server.

New Leader Meeting Date – August 18
Due to the changes GSSEF has made to the Sweets and Treats (Fall Product) timeline and delivery of materials, we are moving UP our in-person product sales training and service unit leader meeting by one week.
We will now be hosting the meeting on Monday, August 18 at 7:00pm at Indian River State College’s McAlpin Fine Arts Center in Fort Pierce. Even though you will not be picking up product sale packets, we will still have useful and necessary information to share, and we will have early bird re-registration patches to distribute.
Please plan to attend!

Each year, the service unit team likes to take the temperature of our troops – we’d like to know what’s working for you and what’s not working for you, things we can do to help and things we can be doing better. Please take and share the survey below:
Also, if you have not completed the “Your Year in Girl Scouts” survey that GSSEF sent out via email last week, please do so and share with your parents and your girls. GSSEF is looking for feedback from everyone to help steer the upcoming year.

That’s it for now!
Thanks for sticking with it to the end! Your service unit product sales team is fired up and ready to see you on August 18!
