Cookie Sale Updates

Hi folks, here’s your weekly update on the cookie sale!  Are you tired of my emails yet?  There’s more than just the lottery link in this email, and I put the lottery reminder ALLLLLL the way down at the bottom so you’ll have to read this one all the way to the end to get there.  Ha!!!

Bailout Day – Tuesday, Jan 27

Before you bailout, please offer up your cookies to trade with others in the service unit.  You can make post on the Facebook Group or use the Cookie Exchange tab in Ebudde.  You can also swap cookies at the cupboard – contact Danielle for arrangements.  More info on how bailout works is below:

Got cookies you wish you hadn’t taken in your Initial Order? Bail Out Day is your chance!
Here’s how it works:

• Troops who have NOT picked up from the cupboard may bail out up to 10% of their Initial Order.
  Example: If your Initial Order was 100 cases, you may bail out 10 cases (10%).

• Troops who received Home Delivery or have already picked up from any cupboard are not eligible for bailout.

• Where: GSSEF Council Headquarters – Lake Worth ONLY

• When:

  • 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

  • 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Tuesday, January 27 ONLY

ACH Withdrawal #1 – Thursday, Jan 29

WHEN IS THE WITHDRAWAL?

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Troops who met their initial order incentive goal will NOT have an ACH withdrawal for ACH #1

Troops who did not meet their Initial Order incentive goal WILL have 25% of their total due withdrawn on Thursday, Jan 29.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH IS BEING WITHDRAWN?

If you look in your “Sales Report” tab in eBudde you will see a line that says “ACH 1 – Jan 29” and will provide the total amount due for this withdrawal.  You will see this line in your sales report even if you qualify for the Initial Order incentive exemption.  

The total is calculated by taking 25% of the total money due council and subtracting the existing digital payments already made.  You can find all your financial information in the Sale Report tab in eBudde.

WHAT IF I MAKE MORE DIGITAL SALES BETWEEN NOW AND THEN?

GSSEF is pulling their report for the ACH withdrawal on Wednesday, January 28 at 9:00am.  The state of your sales data in eBudde on that Wednesday will determine the final amount of the withdrawal.

Digital Cookie – Goal Bar Not Updating?

This one has been HOT!
Many families are noticing that the Digital Cookie goal bar isn’t updating when girls make offline sales.

Here’s why:
Digital Cookie now requires ALL cash sales from booths to be entered using the Cash Feature in the app.

Caregivers and leaders can no longer manually update the goal bar like past years.

Using the Cash Feature is the only way to ensure the total boxes sold is correct.

Cookie Lottery – Week 4

Gemini Cookie Booth lottery for Week 4 of booths is Monday Jan 26 at 6:30pm at the usual Zoom link.
